Waterproofing Resins & Coatings
EpoSeal LV-55 Structural Epoxy
In StockLow-viscosity, high-strength two-part epoxy for structural crack injection that bonds dry concrete back to monolithic strength.
EpoSeal LV-55 is engineered for cracks that need their structural integrity restored. Its low viscosity lets it travel deep into hairline and medium-width cracks under injection pressure, where it cures into a rigid resin stronger than the surrounding concrete.
Because it transfers load across the repaired crack, EpoSeal LV-55 is the preferred choice for beams, columns and load-bearing slabs where movement has effectively stopped.
Key Features
- Very low viscosity for deep capillary penetration
- Restores structural load transfer across cracks
- High compressive and bond strength when cured
- Solvent-free, low-odour formulation
- Excellent adhesion to sound, dry concrete
Applications
- Structural repair of cracked beams, columns and slabs
- Re-bonding delaminated concrete sections
- Pressure injection of dormant (non-moving) cracks
- Strengthening before carbon-fibre wrapping
